Construction Management
As
major developers, the Shiu Pong Group produces commercial, residential
and industrial buildings. Shiu Pongs own in-house construction
management team provides the necessary experience and market knowledge
to bring each building project from its conceptual design through
to successful completion on time and on budget.
The principals of Shiu Pong Construction recognized the need in
the marketplace for a similar service - to manage the construction
process on behalf of owners, developers, investors or development
teams that do not have their own full-time construction staff.
Some investors expect a project to go through its various stages
- preliminary design, planning review by the local municipality,
permit drawings, working drawings and then construction, with
each stage being managed independently. Many such efforts result
in unnecessary time delays and extra costs because the various
stages are not co-ordinated, controlled and reporting to a single,
responsible manager.
From conceptual design, estimating, feasibility studies, construction,
building turn-over and tenant coordination, Shiu Pongs role
as construction manager ensures each client eliminates inefficiencies
and delays in the construction process Saving time and
money.
